_____
One of the most Frequently Asked Questions I receive is:
How long can my children or grandchildren stay with me if I live in Friendly Valley?
The Answer is:
For a grand total of 90 calendar days per year … whether the 90 days are consecutive or split up over the calendar year.
_____

This lovely Community takes pride in being a 24-hour guard-gated, security patrolled community with amenities which include:

~ a nine hole executive golf course
~ an eighteen hole pitch and putt
~ lawn bowling
~ a year round heated swimming pool and spa
~ fitness gymnasium
~ Card Clubs, Computer Classes, Theater Groups, a Wood Working Shop and more
~ rec hall and kitchen available to rent
~ a Travel Club to travel with other residents to destinations such as Solvang, or Laughlin … cruises are even an option!

~ a shuttle service to drive you from the Friendly Valley Community to the nearby shopping services and banks

This wonderful community is perfect for the senior who wants to participate in activities, but is also perfect for the senior who simply desires to live simply and quietly!

Both atmospheres are available, and it is up to each individual to stay as busy or as relaxed as he/she desires.

Below is what one client had to say about working with me:
“Given the difficulties this sale presented (a cracked foundation)
, you offered every option, answered all questions, and explained all paperwork immediately. I would use your service in another transaction and would refer you to my friends and relatives.”
– Gary R.

Here is what one senior had to say about working with me:
“I think I appreciate your ability to explain all the important matters very simply to me. It was my very first experience in selling my first home (since husband’s death) … and you were very helpful to see that everything went smoothly.”
– Emma P.
